Integrations Operations team is responsible for building and scaling operations for emerging cross Global Operations critical new product launches like safety in the company.
We are looking for a passionate data-driven Operations Project Manager with project management experience in operations and a pragmatic systems mindset to join Integrations Operations to support the community and help foster a safe culture in VR. This individual will also be responsible for delivering qualitative and quantitative insights into operations and provide recommendations to improve the overall experience for the community and push our operations to the next level. This role is 100% Remote, must be based in CST or EST time zone.
Responsibilities:
- Improve operations by conducting RCAs and finding areas of opportunity
- Manage and grow a metric monitoring system
- Report project status, risks, and needs to stakeholders on regular cadence
- Manage completion/progress of project timelines
- Support new product launches, e.g. configuring workflows, testing new features
- Triage escalations and drive them to completion
- Analyse data by building basic SQL queries, pivot tables
- Run system audits and quality tests
- 5-7 years Prior project management experience in operations
- Strong proficiency in data tools and data analysis methodologies, medium+ proficiency with SQL, advanced Excel skills, and data visualisation (like pivot tables)
- Ability to storytell through data to technical and non-technical audiences
- Ability to learn fast and comfortable with operating in ambiguity
- Prior experience leveraging data to provide recommendations to improve operations
- Prior experience with QA testing and systems improvement
- Thrives in a cross-functional setting
- Experience manipulating or building dashboards and leveraging data viz tools like Tableau
- Ability to work in a fast paced, often high pressured environment
- Time management skills
