Job description

Our Customer is seeking an Operations Specialist on a contract basis to help support their business needs. This role is 100% remote.



Responsibilities:

  • Support research of new ideas and execution of experiments related to subscriber benefits
  • Launch and manage subscriber benefit experiments and programs using internal tools and systems
  • Set up and manage in-app experiences using internal platforms
  • Monitor program performance and resolve operational issues to ensure smooth execution
  • Support setup, tracking, and analysis of experiments to improve subscriber experience
  • Analyze experiment results and performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities
  • Use internal dashboards and reporting tools to monitor key performance indicators
  • Identify and implement operational improvements to streamline experiment and program launches
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Strategy & Operations, Product, and Analytics teams
  • Develop expertise in internal tools and systems and apply knowledge to new initiatives


Skills and Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of experience in operations, analytics, customer experience, or a similar execution-focused role, or equivalent hands-on experience
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and inform decisions
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset
  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems, tools, and processes
  • Strong collaboration and cross-functional communication skills
  • Reliable and execution-focused with a bias toward action

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience supporting experiments, A/B testing, or program rollouts
  • Experience working with internal dashboards, reporting tools, or operational systems
  • Experience in subscription, marketplace, or customer-facing program environments
