We are seeking a contract Order Processor on a contract basis to help support our Customer's business needs. This role is 100% remote.
The primary responsibility of the Order Processor is to process orders for candidates and Third-Party payers. This includes processing and tracking credit card payments, auditing orders for operational and financial quality and maintaining program information.
Responsibilities:
- 50%
- Tracking customer transactional activity through all systems
- Responsible for promptly and accurately processing transactional activity using various systems and resources (computer systems, published materials, and websites)
- 25%
- Process payments
- 15%
- Customer support (phone, e-mail)
- Respond to customer inquiries.
- 10%
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred, or equivalent experience.
- A minimum of 18 mos. of accounting experience is preferred.-accounts receivable
- A minimum of 18 mos. of customer service experience preferred.
- Efficient with Microsoft applications – Outlook, Excel, Word, PC, Salesforce, operations, web browsing and web navigation
- Proficient Data Analysis skills
- Proficient communication skills
- Detail oriented
