Outside Sales Manager

Prior experience in Pharmaceutical, Technical, and Home Services Sales a plus. Intangible attributes and attitude are worth just as much as experience.

Reporting to the Owner, they are seeking a talented and experienced Outside Sales Manager to join our Team. A qualified candidate will have experience in identifying opportunities, grow new markets, and maximize revenue streams for our company. A successful candidate must have a proven track record in B2C lead generation and sales with a high closure rate. The ideal candidate will also have a desire to grow professionally into the B2B verticals of Corporate and Light Industrial markets. A successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and building new relationships while managing the sales pipeline and related revenue forecast on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis.

An opportunity to grow exists in both scope and responsibilities to become the Director of Business Development as additional Sales Reps come onboard within 12 – 18 months (depending on performance and company growth).

Product, Installation, Sales and Marketing training provided in a 4-day Workshop prior to company launch on June 7th, 2024

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Develop Sales and Market strategies to exceed the company’s Sales objectives through the development and expansion of new markets and revenue streams

• Develop the overall implementation of new business into our company collaborating with the owner and corporate VP of Sales

• Establish & manage new and existing key business relationships

• Accountable for the successful attainment of budgeted monthly, quarterly, and yearly goals

• Ability to develop and maintain a steady stream of new prospects, sale projections & analysis

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

• Strong Business & Sales acumen and overall understanding of the Residential, Commercial, and Agricultural Industries preferred, but not required

• Cultivate and maintain successful business relationships with key decision makers in those markets

• Strength in influencing and relationship management essential

• Excellent Time Management skills

• Strong writing, communication, and presentation skills

• Natural ability to connect with people
