About Us

We are a premium agave wine that delivers the refreshing taste of tequila with half the alcohol and calories. We’re pioneering a new low-ABV wine & spirits category in the alcohol beverage industry — and we want you to grow our presence in California.

This is a career-defining opportunity to sell a new product with zero competition in its category.

The Role: Calling all restaurant supply chain sellers!

We’re hiring a Beverage Sales Representative to expand our presence in California. We specifically want to find a great seller with connections from a successful career in restaurant supply distribution, who loves building relationships, winning new accounts, and driving sales volume. In other words: If you’re passionate about getting your local bars & restaurants stocked up with a product you love, and you’re motivated to hit monthly KPIs on your own part-time schedule, we want to meet you.

You’ll represent us across on-premise and off-premise accounts (bars, restaurants, and retailers) while working closely with distributor partners. Once the market is established, you’ll also have the opportunity to hire and train your own sales team.

While we’re open to meeting potential full-time candidates, this role is typically performed as a part-time role with specific KPIs that you can meet with a flexible, self-designed schedule. It's perfect for a seller who wants to get more revenue from the relationships they already have.

What You'll Do

  • Drive alcohol beverage sales: Open new accounts, build strong relationships, and secure re-orders.
  • Tell our story: Educate distributors, retailers, bartenders, and consumers about agave wine.
  • Build cocktail programs: Create easy-to-implement offerings that increase volume and margin.
  • Work the market, calling on accounts (bars, restaurants, retail).
  • Distributor management: Partner with our distributor team to keep the product in front of their customers, gaining warm introductions to potential accounts, and presenting in distributor sales meetings.
  • Plan & execute strategy: Develop monthly sales plans, manage budgets, and hit KPIs autonomously.
  • Host trainings & tastings: Conduct brand education and build awareness through events.
  • Stay compliant: Ensure all sales practices follow state & company laws/policies.

Who You Are

  • 4+ years of outside sales experience in the restaurant/hospitality supply chain industry
  • If you’ve been in beverage/alcohol sales, even better!
  • Entrepreneurial, self-starter who thrives in a new category sales environment.
  • Skilled at relationship building, negotiation, and closing deals.
  • Organized, results-oriented, and comfortable with both strategy and execution.
  • Proficient in Google Suite (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Slides).

Compensation & Perks

  • Monthly retainer + uncapped commission/bonus.
  • Make your own schedule with flexible structure.
  • Ground-floor opportunity to build a career in alcohol beverage sales leadership.

The pay range for this role in a part-time capacity is expected to start at $2,500+ monthly, plus uncapped commission. Individual compensation will be commensurate with the candidate's experience and qualifications. Certain roles may be eligible for additional compensation, including stock option awards, bonuses, and merit increases. Additionally, certain roles have the opportunity to receive sales commissions that are based on the terms of the sales commission plan applicable to the role.
