Job description
Core Responsibilities
- Develop new commercial accounts through outreach, in-person visits, and relationship building across the NYC metro area
- Manage the full sales cycle — first conversation through close and ongoing account growth
- Build lasting relationships with building managers, construction and fleet operators, equipment yards, and generator users
- Win business from competitors by being more responsive and more reliable
- Own your territory and your schedule, keeping your pipeline and follow-ups organized (CRM provided)
Qualifications/Skills
- Bonus points if she has 3+ years of outside or B2B sales (energy, equipment rental, industrial supply, logistics, freight, building services, or similar)
- Confidence reaching out to new businesses and decision-makers
- Strong relationship-building and follow-through
- Self-motivated and organized — you run your own day
- Valid driver's license
