Job description
Our customer is a leading global media and entertainment company that creates and distributes a large portfolio of content and brands across television, film, and streaming and is available in over 200 countries and territories and over 45 languages. Headquartered in New York, NY with more than 30 office locations in the United States.
We are seeking a Paid Media Coordinator on a contract basis to support their business needs. This role is hybrid (3 days on-site and 2 days remote/week) in NYC.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in bringing campaign strategy to life through media partner evaluation, creative delivery, and in-flight reporting and optimizations
- Develop and manage campaign planning timelines, including scheduling review meetings with internal stakeholders and capturing feedback
- Support the development of campaign deliverables such as decks, flowcharts, and other materials that clearly communicate campaign strategy to partner teams
- Partner closely with external media agencies on day-to-day workflows and prioritization
- Track campaign budgets throughout planning and actualization phases
- Collaborate with internal investment teams on tactical planning and creative needs across bid-based platforms
- Coordinate with agency, creative, and investment teams on asset delivery and trafficking to ensure placements execute as planned
- Serve as a dependable point of contact for the Originals Marketing team, clearly communicating creative needs and in-flight optimizations
- Stay informed on new partners, product offerings, competitive landscape, and industry trends that may impact campaign strategy
Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience in media planning and/or entertainment, including internships or academic studies
- Experience working within a media agency environment
- Hands-on campaign management experience
- Knowledge of paid media platforms and workflows
- Proactive, detail-oriented, accountable, and enthusiastic approach to work
- Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across teams
- Ability to adapt quickly in an agile environment with shifting priorities
- Proficiency in Excel
- Clear communication skills with the ability to translate strategy into actionable plans
- Willingness to support ad-hoc projects as needed to assist the broader team
- Reasonable availability to respond to real-time campaign needs outside standard business hours
- Passion for entertainment
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience using Looker and/or Monday.com
