Salary Range- $85,000 -125,000

Must have Personal Injury and 5 years of Litigation exp.

The Mom Project is partnering with a boutique law firm specializing in catastrophic personal injury litigation to find a skilled and detail-oriented Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal. This is an opportunity to join a close-knit legal team where collaboration, personalized client service, and high-quality legal work are valued. The ideal candidate will bring strong organizational skills, litigation experience, and a proactive approach to supporting attorneys and clients throughout the litigation process.

Core Responsibilities

• Assist attorneys with personal injury cases from intake through trial
• Communicate regularly with clients, medical providers, experts, opposing counsel, and court personnel
• Draft, format, file or serve pleadings, discovery, correspondence, subpoenas, and other litigation documents
• Obtain and organize medical records, billing records, employment records, and other evidence
• Prepare discovery responses and assist with document production
• Maintain case calendars and monitor litigation deadlines
• Summarize medical records, depositions, and other case materials
• Assist with depositions, mediations, expert discovery, and trial preparation
• Help maintain organized, accurate, and complete electronic case files

Qualifications/Skills

• Prior civil litigation experience (5+ years preferred); personal injury experience is required
• Understanding of California state-court procedures and litigation deadlines
• Produces accurate, polished work and pays close attention to detail
• Communicates warmly and professionally with clients
• Comfortable working independently while also being a collaborative team member
• Anticipates what needs to be done and follows assignments through to completion
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat, and electronic case-management systems
