Job description

Drafting of estate planning and probate documents. Client contact. Paralegal administrative duties. Sole practitioner with busy practice looking for individual with some understanding of these parts of the law and the documents routinely used in will based planning, revocable living trust based planning and probating of the estates of deceased individuals. Looking also for good communication skills for communicating not only with the clients but also surviving family members. Organization skills important also.
