Job description

Offering a full-time position with benefits for a growing medium-sized personal injury law firm in downtown Jacksonville.


Candidate Requirements:

  • Must have at least one years’ experience working for a personal injury law firm representing plaintiffs. Additional years of relevant experience is a huge plus.
  • Must be detail-oriented and highly organized.
  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must be driven, able to work independently, and keep deadlines.
  • Will prepare and proofread correspondence and legal documents.
  • Will manage, organize, and maintain documents in electronic filing systems.
  • Will manage small caseload on a day-to-day basis, handle initial intake of case, obtain all necessary documents, and prepare first draft of a basic demand letter.
  • Will request medical records and bills, and aggressively follow-up on the same until delivered.
  • Will serve as primary contact for certain clients.
  • Litigation experience is a huge plus.

We offer a friendly business environment with a generous salary commensurate with experience. The right candidate will also be able to work remotely 1 day each week after initial onboarding is completed. After 6 months, a second remote work day each week would be considered.
