Position Overview
The Paralegal & Client Relations Support Specialist serves as a key operational partner, supporting foreclosure–related case coordination, deed research, and attorney communication while also assisting with proactive client updates and relationship support.
This role bridges legal coordination and client experience. The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented and organized, with experience navigating county websites, conducting deed searches, and communicating with law firms in real estate or finance contexts. In addition, this individual brings strong communication skills and emotional intelligence, providing professional, timely updates that reinforce trust and confidence with our clients.
Success in this role requires the ability to manage documentation and case tracking with precision while contributing to a responsive, client-centered experience.
Compensation
- $42,000–$50,000 annual salary, based on experience
- Performance-focused role (not quota-based)
Key Responsibilities
Legal & Attorney Coordination
- Communicate professionally with attorneys and law offices regarding case status, documentation, and timelines
- Prepare, review, and organize legal and recovery-related documents
- Track case progress and correspondence within the company CRM
- Conduct county-level record research and deed searches
- Maintain accurate and compliant records
Client Relations Support
- Provide client status updates when additional support is needed
- Respond to client inquiries with empathy and professionalism
- Help clients understand next steps in the recovery process (without providing legal advice)
- Obtain required documentation such as certificates, identification, and court records
- Coordinate internally to ensure accurate and timely client communication
Internal Collaboration & Administration
- Maintain accurate CRM records
- Support reporting related to case progress
- Proactively flag delays or issues
- Assist with workflow and process improvements

Qualifications
Required
- Paralegal certificate or equivalent experience in a legal or attorney-facing environment
- Experience communicating with attorneys or legal offices
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and organization
- Emotional maturity when handling sensitive situations
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency with computers and CRM or case management systems
Preferred
- Experience in foreclosure, real estate law, or financial services
- Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM platforms
- Spanish language skills (a plus)
