Support-Focused Role | Discovery, Drafting, and Back-End Litigation Assistance

As the firm expand their litigation department, they are seeking a highly skilled part-time litigation attorney who is licensed in Georgia to join a dynamic and collaborative team.

This role offers the opportunity to engage in meaningful, high-level legal work while benefitting the firm’s advanced technology platform, strong administrative support, and commitment to delivering exceptional client outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drafting and responding to written discovery, including interrogatories, requests for production, and requests for admission
• Assisting with discovery strategy, organization, and compliance
• Reviewing case files, pleadings, and records to support ongoing litigation matters
• Drafting or assisting with: Motions, Briefs, Correspondence, Case summaries, Discovery-related filings
• Conducting legal research and preparing memoranda
• Assisting with fact development and issue analysis
• Helping attorneys stay organized on litigation deadlines and case progression
• Supporting general litigation needs behind the scenes as matters evolve

Requirements

• Active Georgia bar license in good standing
• 5+ years of civil litigation experience
• Excellent legal writing, analysis, and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and manage assignments efficiently
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Comfort working in a supporting, non-lead counsel role
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive legal matters professionally
