Part-Time Litigation Attorney (Remote/Flexible)
Support-Focused Role | Discovery, Drafting, and Back-End Litigation Assistance
Must hold active Georgia Bar License
10-15 hours/week

As the firm expand their litigation department, they are seeking a highly skilled part-time litigation attorney who is licensed in Georgia to join a dynamic and collaborative team.
This role offers the opportunity to engage in meaningful, high-level legal work while benefitting the firm’s advanced technology platform, strong administrative support, and commitment to delivering exceptional client outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drafting and responding to written discovery, including interrogatories, requests for production, and requests for admission
- Assisting with discovery strategy, organization, and compliance
- Reviewing case files, pleadings, and records to support ongoing litigation matters
- Drafting or assisting with: Motions, Briefs, Correspondence, Case summaries, Discovery-related filings
- Conducting legal research and preparing memoranda
- Assisting with fact development and issue analysis
- Helping attorneys stay organized on litigation deadlines and case progression
- Supporting general litigation needs behind the scenes as matters evolve
Requirements
- Active Georgia bar license in good standing
- 5+ years of civil litigation experience
- Excellent legal writing, analysis, and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage assignments efficiently
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Comfort working in a supporting, non-lead counsel role
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive legal matters professionally
