Job description
Our Customer is a consumer financial services company headquartered in Connecticut. The company offers consumer financing products, including credit, promotional financing and loyalty programs, installment lending to industries, and FDIC-insured consumer savings products through the consumer bank, its wholly owned online bank subsidiary.
We are seeking a Client Marketing Specialist on a contract basis to support our customer’s ongoing business needs. This role is 100% remote EST/CST hours.
This position supports the Client Marketing team by assisting with campaign execution, proofing, tracking, and materials management. With the fast pace and high volume of marketing programs, this role provides essential quality control and project management support, allowing the team to focus on strategic planning and analysis.
Part-time, 30 hours/week
Responsibilities:
Campaign Execution & Validation
- Track creative and legal feedback in campaign management tools (Cosmos/Workfront) across multiple platforms.
- Proofread all creative elements for accuracy.
- Validate audience selections and test setups.
- Conduct live email testing, including checking links and reviewing litmus proofs.
Campaign Metrics & Reporting
- Compile and summarize campaign performance metrics.
- Identify trends and share results with marketing teams.
Statement Marketing Support
- Proof statement matrices for version accuracy.
- Review and validate creative elements.
In-Store Materials Management
- Participate in card inventory calls.
- Track inventory for all program elements.
Team & Project Support
- Coordinate weekly status agendas and internal communications for operations.
- Provide proofreading support for various projects.
- Assist with additional projects as needed across programs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field; in lieu of a degree, 5+ years of relevant experience.
- 2–4 years of marketing experience, preferably within the credit or retail industries.
- Experience with campaign management tools (Cosmos/Workfront preferred).
- Strong attention to detail and quality control mindset.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Proficiency in compiling and analyzing campaign metrics.
- Strong problem-solving ability and creative thinking skills.
