Job description
Our customer provides unsurpassed real estate information, tools and professional expertise across a family of websites and mobile experiences for consumers and real estate professionals through all stages of the home journey. They also offer a complete solution of software products and services to help real estate professionals serve their clients and grow their business in a digital world.
We are seeking a Consumer Success Representative on a contract basis to help support our Customer's business needs. This role is 100% remote, but candidates must live local to Scottsdale, AZ.
This is a part-time role (weekends only) with the following schedule:
- Training is Monday-Friday, February 9-13, 2026
- Must be able to attend training Monday-Friday, February 9-13, 2026, from 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM PST with no attendance gaps
- Weekend work starts Saturday, February 21, 2026
- Work from home; must have reliable high-speed internet
- Must be able to work one of the following weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday):
- Saturdays and Sundays 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM PST
- Saturdays and Sundays 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM PST
- Saturdays and Sundays 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM PST
- Saturdays and Sundays 12:00 PM - 9:00 PM PST
Responsibilities:
- Represent the organization professionally through phone, email, and text communications
- Make inbound and outbound warm calls to identify consumer real estate needs and provide timely service and resolution
- Use strong listening, questioning, and problem-solving skills to determine customer needs and recommend appropriate next steps
- Connect consumers with real estate professionals to support transaction progress and improve operational efficiency
- Maintain strong performance across quality, productivity, and consumer experience metrics
- Handle objections and resolve conflicts using empathy, professionalism, and solution-focused communication
- Collect and accurately enter consumer data while actively engaging in conversations
- Collaborate effectively within a team environment while also working independently
- Follow established workflows and protocols while making timely, context-based decisions
- Maintain consistent attendance and reliability, including participation in all required training sessions
- Adapt to schedule requirements, including weekend and late shifts as assigned
Skills and Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in a phone-based call center role or equivalent
- Sales experience preferred
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on empathy, advocacy, and relationship management
- Confident verbal communicator with the ability to build rapport with diverse audiences
- Strong conflict resolution skills with the ability to overcome objections professionally
- Competitive, goal-oriented mindset with motivation to perform against metrics
- Self-motivated, ambitious, organized, resourceful, and diligent
- Ability to learn new tasks quickly and apply feedback through coaching
- Tech-savvy with experience using email, VOIP, Zoom, online conferencing tools, and spreadsheets
- Ability to sustain heavy computer and internet usage throughout the workday
- Ability to input data accurately while speaking with consumers
- Fluency in English required; additional language proficiency (Spanish preferred)
- Interest in real estate, real estate lead generation, and industry knowledge preferred
This position requires prolonged standing or sitting and repetitive hand and wrist motion. Operates phones, computers, copiers, and other office equipment.
