Our client has been providing safe, fun, and meaningful extended day enrichment programs for more than a decade, and today they serve more than 35,000 students in 17 states across the country. EDUCATOR: $20-$22 per hour dependent upon experience and education.

Monday-Friday Split Shift, before school and After School both shifts required. Estimated times below

Before School Shift: 6:15am-9:20am and After School Shift: 300pm-6pm Monday-Thursday (2:00pm-6pm Fridays only)

You’ll drive the mission by:

  1. Organize program materials for lessons and activities, as well as document attendance, incidents and other observation
  2. Deliver our dynamic daily curriculum to engage children in academic and social character-building that expands school day learning in a meaningful way
  3. Using your coursework training and our in-person training, model positive guidance and effective classroom management to maintain the safety, well-being and attention of all children while supporting homework completion, leading fun fitness activities, and guiding children at play
  4. Excellent communication skills with varied audience including children, parents, staff and school personnel
  5. Model positive guidance and effective classroom management to maintain the safety and well-being and attention of all children
  6. Meets regularly with the Program Manager regarding professional progress and team accountability

Ideal Candidates will have the following:

  1. Outstanding customer service and relationship building skills
  2. Works well in a team environment
  3. At least 1 year of experience working with children under 13 years of age
  4. Ability to lift 25lbs
  5. Excellent communication skills with varied audience including children, parents, staff and school personnel
  6. Drive to inspire a love for learning and commitment to healthy living
  7. Respect for and dedication to working with children with special needs
  8. A love for children!

Requirements:

  1. Proof of High school diploma/GED required
  2. Ability to meet state-specific requirements; FA/CPR, Mandated Reporter, Cleared TB, and Food Handlers Card and Proof of MMR
  3. 18+ years of age
