We are seeking a Facilities Coordinator on a contract basis to help support their ongoing business needs. This role is on-site in Nashville, TN.


Part-time, 25 hours/week



Responsibilities:

  • Provide support for, monitor performance of, and coordinate a small team of multi-skilled operatives
  • Develop strong working relationships with client stakeholders, landlords, managing agents, and facilities vendors
  • Assist in managing site contractors to ensure performance meets required standards
  • Assist in the procurement of vendors and services as needed
  • Support financial processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial management tasks
  • Manage purchase orders through internal financial systems
  • Assist with monthly accrual reporting and monitoring finance trackers
  • Conduct site inspections, assessments, regular audits, and safety and building procedure checks
  • Assist in implementing property risk management programs and operational best practices
  • Maintain premises in a neat and functional condition
  • Support disaster recovery and business continuity plan implementation and monitoring
  • Follow established escalation and incident reporting procedures
  • Assist with management reports, special projects, and operational documentation
  • Meet or exceed KPI and SLA performance targets


Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Self-motivated with a confident and energetic attitude
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure with flexibility in a dynamic environment
  • Clean driving record required


Preferred:

  • Background in procurement or logistics
  • Experience supporting facility transitions, decommissions, openings, or vendor coordination
