We are seeking a Facilities Coordinator on a contract basis to help support their ongoing business needs. This role is on-site in Wilmington, NC.
Part-time, M-F, 20 hours/week (8 am-12 pm)
Responsibilities:
- Manage badging processes and serve as backup to the permanent facilities coordinator
- Support, monitor, and coordinate a team of multi-skilled facilities operatives
- Build strong working relationships with stakeholders, landlords, managing agents, and facilities vendors
- Oversee on-site contractors to ensure performance standards are met
- Assist with the procurement of vendors and facility services
- Support financial processes, including purchase orders, accrual reports, and finance trackers
- Conduct site inspections, audits, and safety procedures
- Assist in implementing property risk management programs and best practice operations
- Maintain facilities in clean, safe, and good working condition
- Support disaster recovery and business continuity planning and monitoring
- Follow escalation and incident reporting procedures
- Support the preparation of management reports and facility projects
- Ensure achievement of KPI and SLA targets
- Manage vendor experience and coordination
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and coordination abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Self-motivated with a proactive and energetic attitude
- Ability to perform under pressure and adapt to changing priorities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Clean driving record required
