We are seeking a Human Resources Compliance Analyst on a contract basis to support their business needs. This role is 100% remote.
Part-time, 6 hours/day, 30 hours/week.
Responsibilities:
- Perform administrative HR compliance tasks supporting the entire organization
- Conduct internal audits to confirm completion of background checks, drug screenings, and other compliance requirements
- Review and validate modified timesheets and follow up with employees regarding discrepancies or required updates
- Run motor vehicle reports for employees receiving auto allowances
- Schedule drug screenings, including random drug tests
- Support onboarding processes for contingent workforce employees
- Generate and review compliance-related reports using HR systems and reporting tools
- Handle post-accident intake calls and ensure proper documentation is completed and recorded
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to HR compliance activities
- Perform general HR administrative support tasks as required
Skills and Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of HR experience preferred
- Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables and familiarity with basic formulas
- Experience using Microsoft Office tools, including Outlook, Teams, and Word
- Experience using HR systems such as Workday and background screening platforms such as First Advantage
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple administrative tasks
- Strong attention to detail when reviewing documentation and compliance reports
- Ability to communicate professionally with employees regarding documentation and compliance requirements
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in transportation or logistics environments, such as large-scale delivery or distribution organizations
- Familiarity with Excel functions such as VLOOKUP
- Experience supporting contingent workforce onboarding or compliance tracking in high-volume environments
