Job description

French-literate Lease Analyst

Job Description

Our client is looking for a Part-Time Lease Abstraction Analyst with proficient literacy skills in Canadian French or French to support a strategic customer. Your primary focus will be reviewing customer lease documentation and leveraging available tools to enter relevant dates, dollars, and clauses into the system.

Responsibilities

  • Gather all client lease documents
  • Abstract rent ranges, start and end dates, security deposit, landlord, critical clauses, etc from client lease documents
  • Data entry of lease data for client onboarding
  • Upload and organize all client documents in the customer instance of our client's platform
  • Effectively communicate issues and status with both internal and external resources
  • Participate in client calls before and after the onboarding experience as needed
  • Document all client requests in writing, preferably via email
  • Assist with client and prospective client requests via Intercom as necessary

Skills And Qualifications

  • Required: Proficient to advanced literacy in Canadian French or French
  • Required: Strong understanding of commercial real estate leases
  • Ability to organize work streams
  • Ability to pay attention to details

  • Understanding of office applications for document and spreadsheet usage
