Our Customer is a corporation that develops, manufactures, and markets robotic products designed to improve clinical outcomes of patients through minimally invasive surgery. Founded in 1995, their goal was to create innovative, robotic-assisted systems that help empower doctors and hospitals to make surgery less invasive than an open approach. Working with the top medical professionals, they continue to develop new, minimally invasive surgical platforms and future diagnostic tools to help solve complex healthcare challenges around the world.


We are seeking an Operations Programs Coordinator on a contract basis to support our Customer's business needs. This role is on-site in Peachtree Corners, GA.


This role will support the coordination, facilitation, logistics, and fulfillment of internal assets for Commercial activities, with a focus on system and product demo programs. This role requires strong organizational skills, problem-solving ability, and effective collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure assets are available and functional for sales and marketing events.


Work Hours: 30 hours a week (Monday-Thursday)



Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate program timelines and deliverables, including surveys, tracking details, scheduling, and asset movements.
  • Balance competing priorities between sales, marketing, and third-party vendors; act as a liaison to resolve scheduling conflicts.
  • Manage shipping, receiving, and intake processing of internal assets supporting Commercial initiatives.
  • Troubleshoot and test equipment to ensure functionality for sales and marketing events.
  • Organize and manage warehouse and program inventory (systems, instrumentation, and accessories).
  • Operate and maintain material handling equipment (e.g., label machine, pallet jack).
  • Assist with annual maintenance and system upgrades for Sales Operations Programs.


Qualifications

  • Minimal travel may be required.
  • 2-4 years of relevant work experience.
  • Strong time management and attention to detail.
  • Ability to stay organized and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Ability to lift up to 80 lbs.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Valid driver’s license required.
  • Prior logistics experience is a plus.
