Position- Paid Ads Specialist - Part Time
Location- Remote - East Coast candidate preferably
Salary- $32,000 (Approx. $30-32/hour)

Position Overview
The Paid Ads Specialist PART TIME POSITION (~20HRS/WEEK) will be the go-to expert for all things paid media. You’ll work across platforms including Google PPC, Display, LinkedIn, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and TikTok, managing every step of the process—from campaign planning
and setup to optimization, reporting, and insights. You should be comfortable owning the paid ads function end-to-end: developing strategy, implementing campaigns, writing light ad copy, and ensuring that performance aligns with client goals. Just as important, you must understand the technical side of campaign management—making sure ad accounts are set up correctly, proper access is granted, tracking is installed and firing properly, and everything is in compliance with platform standards. Since many clients operate in B2B and professional services, you must understand how to generate quality leads and awareness in longer sales cycles.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage paid advertising campaigns across Google PPC & Display, YouTube, LinkedIn, Meta (FB & IG), and TikTok
- Conduct audience and keyword research to inform targeting strategies
- Write short and compelling ad copy tailored to each platform and audience
- Ensure tracking, conversion setup, and retargeting audiences are implemented correctly
- Ensure proper technical setup of accounts, including access permissions, pixels, conversion tracking and retargeting audiences
- Collaborate with the design team on creative assets (images, video, carousel, etc.)
- Monitor and optimize campaigns for ROI, conversions, and lead quality
- Perform A/B testing of ad copy, creatives, and landing pages
- Provide weekly and monthly reporting with insights and recommendations
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and platform updates
Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience managing B2B paid ads across Google, LinkedIn, Meta, and TikTok
- Proven success generating leads and measurable ROI from campaigns
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Meta Business Manager, and TikTok Ads Manager
- Strong understanding of PPC, retargeting, display, and paid social strategies
- Technical proficiency with account setup, user permissions, pixels, events, and tracking integrations
- Familiarity with analytics and reporting tools (Google Analytics, platform dashboards, etc.)
- Strong copywriting ability for ads (short, punchy text)
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- U.S.-based (East Coast preferred for time zone alignment)
- Comfortable working remote and communicating via Slack, Zoom, and project management tools
