Business Development to Advertising/Creative Agencies

The Mom Project is excited to partner with a promotional products distributor, is seeking a Business Development Advisor to help build our advertising/creative firm book of business (100% Remote).

Ad agencies buy millions of dollars of swag each year for client activations and campaigns. We currently sell to a few teams at large ad agencies. We want to increase our ad agency presence by partnering with someone who has ad agency experience and is willing to leverage their experience/ network to help us sell promotional products.

Duration: 6 month contract to start! Minimum of 5 hours/week.

Compensation: $30/hour + commission on all sales from accounts you land. We offer a 40% commission. This is an opportunity which can quickly turn into a six-figure annual commission given the large quantity of promotional products ad agencies buy for activations and campaigns.

Duties:

• Use your industry knowledge to develop a list of targetable prospects
• Call on prospective customers
• Maintain your current client base while growing a book of business promotional products customers at advertising agencies.

Qualifications/Skills:

• Extensive advertising/creative agency experience required. Experiential/production work is a plus.
• Willingness to reach out to targeted prospects is a must. This role will start as 100% prospecting.
