Founded in 1995, their goal was to create innovative, robotic-assisted systems that help empower doctors and hospitals to make surgery less invasive than an open approach. Working with the top medical professionals, they continue to develop new, minimally invasive surgical platforms and future diagnostic tools to help solve complex healthcare challenges around the world.
We are seeking a Sales Operations Programs Coordinator on a contract basis to support our Customer's business needs.
The Sales Operations Programs Coordinator will support the coordination, facilitation, logistics, and fulfillment of various internal assets supporting Commercial activities, specifically for the company's system and product demo programs.
The role requires the ability to efficiently organize, problem-solve, and process requests while working effectively and in close cooperation with diverse internal/external stakeholders to ensure appropriate internal assets are supporting sales/marketing events.
Location: Peachtree Corners, GA, with an on-site schedule of four days per week; work hours are 30 hours per week, Monday through Thursday.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with commercial teams on program timelines, surveys, tracking, and asset movement
- Balance priorities across sales, marketing, and third-party vendors while resolving scheduling conflicts
- Serve as a communication liaison between internal teams and external partners
- Manage shipping, receiving, and intake processing of internal assets supporting commercial initiatives
- Troubleshoot and test equipment to ensure readiness for events and operations
- Organize and maintain warehouse and program inventory, including systems, instrumentation, and accessories
- Operate and maintain material handling equipment such as label machines and pallet jacks
- Support annual maintenance and system upgrade activities for sales operations programs
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2-4 years of relevant experience in logistics, operations, or a related field
- Strong time management and organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Excel
- Fluent in English
- Ability to lift up to 80 lbs
- Valid driver’s license
- Willingness to travel minimally as needed
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience in logistics or warehouse operations
