Job description
Our client is seeking a Virtual Assistant to help them launch a new product from the ground up. For this role, a strong background in technology is a must. This is a client facing role once the product is launched, no background noise is required. Strong internet connection is required, along with experience using tech tools like Slack and Zoom. CRM experience a plus. Looking for someone who is a fast learner and can help provide suggestions for how to improve the business. Looking for someone who is self motivated. The weekly work schedule is flexible to start while you are part time, working in the Central Time zone. Starting out at 20 hrs a week and a possibility of increasing. Once the product is launched, we will most likely bring you on full time with regular business hours (8am-4pm; 9-5pm; 10-6pm).
Goals timeline:
First four weeks: Familiarize yourself with the CRM we use and the current product we have built
Week 5 - 10: Familiarize yourself with the new CRM we are going to work in & creating the new product with the help of our team. You will collaborate with our team to launch this product.
Week 10 - 15: Launch product with beta testers. You will take on the role of setting up client accounts, completing about 1 hour a day on Zoom training clients, and spending the rest of your day answering client emails.
Week 15-20: Help scale the business and become a lead. At this point we will decide if you will become a full time customer success manager or become setups lead while we hire + train a CSM. Your role will then result in a promotion.
When you transition to full time, you will be on full time salary with the option to receive health insurance, 3 weeks PTO, and several holidays off.
Skills
- Proven experience as an admin or assistant working remotely or relevant role
- Familiarities with current technologies, like Slack, Zoom, Calendly, Google Calendar, Google Drive
- CRM experience a plus
- Excellent phone, email, and instant messaging communication skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Solid organizational skills
- High school diploma
- College diploma

20-hour workweek split evenly between M-F. Then full time once the product is launched & clients have grown.
Work from home!
You will be provided a mixture of hands-on training and video training. We will be readily available to help get you up to speed and to a level where you are effective in your role. You will help improve the onboarding process by being a part of it.
We will never ping you on your personal cell or personal email. Every communication will be internal via the business slack - please don't let the notifications distract you or stress you out. No need to check off hours.
Opportunities for further growth, taking on new responsibilities (along with more compensation), and possibly onboarding new contractors.
