Job description

We are seeking a Partner Manager on a contract basis to help clients get the best results from their marketing campaigns through consultation, education, optimization, and support. Success in this position requires rigorous account planning and exceptional consultative sales skills; a keen eye for identifying process and workflow improvement opportunities; the ability to thrive in a dynamic, team-focused environment; and a passion for helping others achieve results. This position will be responsible for working with other teams to create and grow programs focused on improving the experience for our clients. Ideal candidates will have previous experience in account management and/or project management for marketing solutions.

 What You’ll Do:


  • Build and manage relationships with clients and develop a thorough understanding of their business objectives, goals, and challenges

  • Rapidly build influence with C-level stakeholders to understand their vision, strategy, and game pipeline potential

  • Become an expert in solutions for businesses of all sizes and adapt recommendations quickly to suit varying client needs

  • Use data and insights to guide strategy and implementation of solutions against client's marketing objectives

  • Educate clients on solutions and provide consultative support on their media, measurement, and creative strategy to grow existing partnerships

  • Work directly with advertisers to improve their advertising campaign performance, troubleshoot and resolve account issues in a timely manner

  • Identify and pursue opportunities, prioritize accounts, handle objections and evaluate campaign effectiveness

  • Gather advertiser feedback to enhance current and future ad products

  • Flawless management of internal account operations (revenue delivery, media recommendations, troubleshooting issues, optimization opportunities)

  • Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams, manage complex work streams, drive process improvement and build scaled marketing and education materials

Must Haves:


  • 2+ years experience working in user acquisition, account management, digital marketing, agency or advertising sales role

  • Analytical, critical-thinking, strategy development, and creative problem-solving experience

  • Experience prioritizing and managing tasks effectively within a fast-paced environment while maintaining strict attention to detail

  • Proven problem solving and quantitative analytical skills

Preferred Qualifications


  • Experience working with Salesforce or other CRM systems

  • Excellent communication skills, fluency in English

Education:

BA/BS degree required

Hours & Location: 

M-F, 40 hours/week. This role will be remote while Covid restrictions are in place. The expectation is to be onsite at the Chicago,IL location once it is deemed safe to do so.
