Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated, seasoned Partner Marketing Manager to join our Customer’s Consumer Marketing team, and help deliver on this mission for the 1 billion professionals on our platform. As the Partner Marketing Manager for Consumer Marketing, you will be responsible for shaping partner marketing strategy, expanding partner engagement, and driving adoption for partner integration features across various parts of our Customer’s app. You will focus on both existing partners and growing new partners, while bringing new program ideas to life.
Reporting to the Director of Product Marketing, this role will focus on executing multi-channel campaigns and events in collaboration with strategic partners and internal teams across business development, marketing, comms, product, legal, engineering and design.
Our team’s culture mirrors a startup within a large company: a team of entrepreneurial leaders who are willing to be scrappy, and learn and iterate quickly. The ideal candidate is a collaborative, results-oriented professional with strong project management capabilities and a mindset for creative innovation. They thrive in cross-functional environments, bring fresh thinking to complex challenges, and maintain a clear focus on turning ideas into meaningful outcomes.
Responsibilities:
• Build and own partner marketing strategies from the ground up, turning new product features, integrations, and partnerships into high-impact go-to-market opportunities.
• Work directly with internal and external partners to develop creative campaigns, from co-branded content and social activations to demand generation programs, that drive awareness, engagement, and pipeline growth.
• Turn partner wins into compelling stories, case studies, and thought leadership that demonstrate product value, build credibility, and create demand.
• Be the voice of our partners internally, collaborating across Marketing, Communications, Product, Sales, and Business Development to move quickly, align priorities, and bring programs to market.
• Dream up and execute memorable partner events and activations, balancing big ideas with smart execution and measurable business impact.
• Define success metrics, track campaign and pipeline performance, surface actionable insights, and continuously experiment to improve what works.
• Manage budgets and resources with a startup mindset, prioritizing the highest-impact opportunities, making thoughtful tradeoffs, and maximizing return on every investment.
• Bring an entrepreneurial approach to the role: identify opportunities others may not see, test new ideas, learn quickly, and turn promising concepts into scalable programs.
Basic Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in partner marketing, partnerships, or a related role within the advertising, media, or technology industries
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience working directly with partners, creative agencies, and vendors, with a strong understanding of partner marketing, pipeline generation, and go-to-market execution.
• A highly collaborative leader who can influence, align, and build strong relationships across a wide range of stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment where priorities can shift quickly. You embrace ambiguity, adapt easily, and are energized by building what comes next.
• Proficiency in creating collateral, with a thoughtful eye for visual design and brand. You can create partner-facing case studies, microsites, decks, enablement materials yourself using Figma, Canva or Adobe. Bonus if you can vibe-code.
• A creative and strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills and sound judgment.
• An exceptional communicator and storyteller who can translate complex or technical concepts into clear, compelling narratives that resonate with different audiences. You’re equally comfortable developing the story and presenting it.
• A strong sense of ownership and accountability. You’re a proactive self-starter who identifies what needs to happen, takes initiative, and has a bias toward action.
• Resourceful and scrappy, with the ability to find creative solutions, make thoughtful tradeoffs, and deliver meaningful impact without always having significant resources.
• A data-driven mindset with the ability to turn insights into action. You’re comfortable digging into performance data to inform decisions, prioritize opportunities, refine messaging and positioning, and optimize audience strategies.
• A strong understanding of the technology landscape, consumer products, and performance marketing, with curiosity about emerging trends and new opportunities.
