We are seeking a Partner Operations Manager on a contract basis to support partner engagement and platform operations. This role works closely with key partners, supports data and analytics initiatives, and contributes to strategic planning for business messaging programs and partner management within the region.


The Partner Operations Manager ensures a seamless partner experience through deep product expertise and strong business analytics capabilities. Responsibilities include supporting partnership teams in resolving operational issues, generating reports and operational insights for key programs, and developing data-driven views that inform decision-making.


Success in this role requires strong consultative and analytical skills, a client-service mindset, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced, team-oriented environments and is capable of delivering high-quality results while managing multiple priorities and tight deadlines.


This role is 100% remote in Eastern Time.



Responsibilities:

  • Manage tactical execution tasks of partnerships’ programs, including partner onboarding, MDF, partner payouts for various incentives, and Opportunity Management on Salesforce.com
  • Manage support tickets and escalations from partners, and ensure issues are resolved in a timely and efficient manner
  • Assist in organizing and streamlining regular communications to partners, including surveys, marketing announcements, product updates, and pilot/research requests.
  • Work with Engineering and Product teams to resolve and troubleshoot technical issues for partners when they arise
  • Be the go-to person for partners for any operational and sales-related issues.
  • Analyze data and insights to guide strategy, implementation, and drive incremental usage of business messaging solutions.
  • Serve as an internal expert in connecting teams to products, solutions engineering, and operational solutions to guide partners and prospects to overcome technical and business challenges.
  • Identify operational opportunities and help improve or innovate new processes to drive strategic growth and improve the performance of partners.
  • Proactively analyze and communicate metrics and vertical trends as they relate to business messaging.
  • Work with the program, deal desk, and cross-functional teams to develop the right effective incentives and investments for strategic partners



Skills and Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience in operations, consulting, strategic partnerships, account, customer success, or pre-sales roles.
  • CRM tools knowledge: Salesforce, MS Office environment
  • Experience storytelling through data, and communicating those insights to varied audiences and senior management internally and externally.
  • Quantitative thinker with advanced Excel skills, experience with analyzing datasets, and delivering actionable insights.
  • Ability to manage complex work streams while maintaining strict attention to detail.
  • Passionate about problem-solving, going deep into an issue, and explaining the ‘why’ and not just the ‘what’ of a trend
  • Willingness to get scrappy, and unafraid of dealing with ‘dirty data.’
  • A self-starter with a track record of taking initiative
  • Experience working cross-functionally and prioritizing projects and responsibilities on behalf of multiple stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of delivering on quota and obtaining positive reviews


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in channel sales organizations with enterprise SaaS businesses.
  • Cloud Infrastructure knowledge, example: VM load balancing, core optimization, database management.
  • A preferred knowledge of SQL, relational databases, and/or statistical packages such as R, SAS, SPSS a plus.
  • Proficiency in Spanish/Portuguese
