 We are seeking a Partnerships Operations Manager on a contract basis to help support our Customer’s business needs. We are seeking a contractor responsible for ensuring the ongoing operational excellence of gift card program across multiple channels. The role includes planning and production of seasonal and occasion-based gift card design assortments; production and inventory management of physical products; digital merchandising and marketing; vendor management; and consolidation and dissemination of


What You’ll Do:


  • Support annual global Gift Cards program strategy planning

  • Perform procurement related tasks including invoicing and billing

  • Create purchase orders

  • Facilitate resolution of partner billing issues

  • Coordinate Gift Card budget management with internal and external stakeholders ○ Work with FP&A and Accounting teams to track and manage expenses quarterly

  • Create and manage Gift Card knowledge base for both domestic and international programs

  • Create resources including write ups or documentation as needed in support of Gift Card program knowledge base internally

  • Operationalize internal Gift Card processes in collaboration with internal stakeholders

  • Track and manage inventory

  • Coordinate Gift Cards printing / production requests and approvals

  • Coordinate BAU operational tasks with Gift Card partners

  • Manage partner on-boarding and off-boarding operational tasks

  • Organize recurring touch points with Gift Card partners to track and improve performance

  • Facilitate resolution of Gift Card issues with internal and external stakeholders

  • Utilize data analytics and complex problem-solving skills to research root causes and coordinate solutioning

  • Identify, manage, communicate and escalate (where needed) incidents occurrence and resolution

  • Project manage cross-functional teams to address technical and business efforts

  • Define product success metrics, and insights that align with achieving business targets.

  • Develop partner performance review materials for periodic reviews with partners

  • Create and deliver ongoing reporting to support the Business

  • Manage partner contact list and portal access

Must Haves:


  • 5+ years relevant work experience in operations, project management, or digital commerce

  • Knowledge of payments and Gift Card programming

  • Proficiency in using Google suite of products

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to work under tight timelines, learn independently and collaboratively across teams

  • Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy and precision


Education:

Bachelor’s Degree preferred

 

Hours & Location: 

Standard M-F, 40 hours/week.  This role will be remote while COVID restrictions are in place. The expectation is to be onsite at our Customer’s San Francisco, CA office once it is determined to do so.
