Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare legal documents and correspondence.
  • Assist with legal research and document management.
  • Manage attorney calendars and deadlines.
  • Coordinate meetings and handle clerical duties.

Qualifications:

  • A High School Diploma or GED, one to two years of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Law firm experience is preferred, ideally in intellectual property (IP).
  • Familiarity in tracking/billing for time is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
