We are an Intellectual Property Law and Business Law Services firm located in Downtown Denver. We are seeking a talented Patent & Trademark Assistant to join our team! We want to hear from you if you're passionate about providing top-notch administrative support and thriving professionally.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare legal documents and correspondence.
- Assist with legal research and document management.
- Manage attorney calendars and deadlines.
- Coordinate meetings and handle clerical duties.
Qualifications:
- A High School Diploma or GED, one to two years of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Law firm experience is preferred, ideally in intellectual property (IP).
- Familiarity in tracking/billing for time is a plus.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
