Title: Patient Care & Front Office Manager
Location: Berkely, CA Office
Status: Full-Time
Salary Range: $58,000 - $66,000, commensurate with experience

Role Description
We are looking for a warm and welcoming Patient Care & Front Office Manager to join us in launching our new practice in Berkeley, California. The Manager will have the opportunity to work with a small, collaborative team driven to build a reputation for high-quality patient-centered care. We are looking for a compassionate and motivated person to be a core member of our practice, someone who takes outstanding care of our patients and would like to grow with us. Primary Responsibilities
- Managing the front desk
- Tracking phone messages and patient leads
- Appointment scheduling
- Insurance verification
- Registering patients in ModMed EHR
- Welcoming and rooming patients
- Setting up and breaking down exam rooms
- Collecting payments
- Clinic opening and closing tasks
- Restocking inventory
- Creating content for social media
- Assisting with additional office duties
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- At least 2 years of medical, admin, hospitality, or related experience required
- Attentive listening and empathy
- Skilled at phone etiquette, scheduling, and developing relationships
- Enjoys supporting others through their personal journeys
- Ability to get along with patients with different backgrounds and personalities
- Committed to seeing the details through for every patient
- Highly organized and effective at managing time
- Experience with electronic record-keeping
- Knowledge of macOS, Google Workspace, and social media desired
