Our Customer is a corporation that develops, manufactures, and markets robotic products designed to improve clinical outcomes of patients through minimally invasive surgery. Founded in 1995, their goal was to create innovative, robotic-assisted systems that help empower doctors and hospitals to make surgery less invasive than an open approach. Working with the top medical professionals, they continue to develop new, minimally invasive surgical platforms and future diagnostic tools to help solve complex healthcare challenges around the world.


We are seeking a Payroll Support Representative on a contract basis to support our Customer's business needs. This role is hybrid (3 days on-site and 2 days remote/week) in Peachtree Corners, GA.



Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a key member of the U.S. Payroll team and act as the primary liaison with Tier I/HR to ensure seamless partnership and outstanding customer experience.
  • Oversee the management of the ServiceNow platform for Payroll, including metric reporting, SLA performance, and case tracking.
  • Provide top-tier customer support for payroll-related inquiries
  • Review incoming ServiceNow cases, assign case complexity/priority, resolve when possible, and escalate as needed.
  • Lead recurring payroll case management and metric review meetings to drive transparency and accountability.
  • Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs) for frequent payroll inquiries to expedite case resolution.
  • Enhance employee communication by ensuring regular updates on case status (assignment, completion targets, status changes).
  • Gain proficiency in HR and payroll systems (Workday, ADP, WorkForce).
  • Assist with garnishments, review and sort incoming mail, and support other payroll projects as needed.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred; relevant certification is a plus.
  • 2-4 years of Payroll or Human Resources experience.
  • Experience with payroll/HR tools such as ServiceNow, ADP, WorkForce, and Workday is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and details simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, with a focus on attentiveness and responsiveness.
  • Ability to thrive in a matrix organization across multiple cultures and teams.
  • Demonstrated initiative and proactive problem-solving mindset.
  • Strong collaboration skills to work effectively in cross-functional environments.
