Job description

We are a dynamic pediatric occupational therapy practice dedicated to providing high-quality services for children of all ages. With a focus on treating the whole child through a developmental lens, and we specialize in Sensory Processing, DIR/Floortime, Picky Eating/Feeding Support, and Executive Function skills. We also believe in the importance of supportive parent coaching to ensure that treatment is holistic and comprehensive. Our mission is to help children and families decrease stress and increase joy and independence, and we are expanding our team to meet growing demand.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Pediatric Occupational Therapist Contractor to join our team. As a contractor, you will have the flexibility to work in various locations, including clients' homes, schools, and our shared clinic space.

Requirements:

  • Licensed Pediatric Occupational Therapist in the state of Illinois.
  • Experience working with children from infants through high schoolers.
  • Ability to provide services independently and maintain detailed records.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours based on client needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct pediatric occupational therapy assessments and sessions.
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to ongoing professional development.
  • 2+ hours per week (option to grow your caseload as desired)

Compensation:

Competitive percentage-based compensation (hourly rate) reflecting your experience and valuable contributions to our practice.
