Job description
Our Customer is an American financial services and digital payments company based in San Francisco, California. They’re working to help their diverse audiences — sellers, individuals, artists, fans, developers, and all the people in between — overcome barriers to access the economy.
We are seeking a highly motivated People Operations Analyst on a contract basis to help support our Customer's business needs. This role is 100% remote.
Responsibilities:
- Execute and validate mass changes using EIBs, ensuring timely and accurate processing of employee data changes
- Maintain custom Workday reports and create scheduled reports
- Serve as the first point of contact for HRIS-related inquiries; respond to global employee queries and data requests while ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Act as a subject-matter expert for Workday, including end-to-end business process execution and transaction flows
- Leverage knowledge of Workday’s architecture and transaction lifecycle to optimize business process efficiency and maintain data integrity
- Identify trends and conduct analyses to propose and implement scalable solutions for People data and process challenges
- Train and upskill team members on reporting and mass data loads
- Proactively document, maintain, and organize operational processes
- Collaborate with global People Operations teams across APAC, EMEA, and the Americas
- Perform additional related duties as assigned
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
- 2+ years of hands-on Workday experience, including EIBs and business process transactions (advanced report writing a plus)
- 3+ years of experience in People Operations, HRIS, or HR systems roles with emphasis on process execution and optimization
- Proficiency with collaboration technologies such as G Suite and Slack
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain high attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively across global teams and time zones
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with high-volume activities and aggressive timelines
- Strong ethics when handling confidential and sensitive information
