The Company is an Atlanta-based fintech company that makes a debit card for kids and companion apps for the family. We are looking for a People Operations Coordinator to join our People team. This role will support our employees and the People team with onboarding, benefits, HR systems and more. This role will have the opportunity to get involved in a wide range of people initiatives and make an immediate impact as our company scales.
This will be a contract position target November 2023.
What you will be doing:
- Act as the point person for our employees’ benefits questions; work to resolve any issues
- Assist the Manager, People Operations with benefits administration
- Onboarding new employees using Lever, Sapling and UKG and ensure an outstanding new hire experience
- Own the workflow for role changes, department / manager changes and employee off-boarding
- Administer HR systems including UKG, Sapling, BAI, Origin, and Carrot.
- Assist with HR compliance and employee guide updates
- Serve as owner of immigration case processing for new visas and visa transfers; main contact for employees regarding immigration-related matters

What you should bring:
- 4+ years of experience in a human resources or people role
- 4+ years of experience with benefits administration
- Experience with immigration processes
- Experience with HR technology
- General knowledge of HR compliance
- Experience as an administrator in UKGPro (including BI reporting)
- Strong experience with Excel and/or Google Sheets
