TMP is looking for a Program and Project Manager to join our People Operations team! Our responsibilities include developing and maintaining thoughtful systems, processes and programs that deliver an outstanding employee experience. The People Ops Program and Project Manager will be responsible for the core HR systems, processes and programs that improve our organizational capability, scalability while keeping the employee at the center of everything we do.

What you will do:

  • Support the delivery of project objectives by coordinating and prioritizing deliverables, supporting the execution of project tasks, identifying and handling dependencies across work streams, and tracking and measuring to successful completion.
  • Build strong relationships with cross functional teams to ensure alignment of work stream management to the greater program timeline, evalue risk and mitigation strategies, while helping to identify areas of opportunity.
  • Implement, maintain, and ensure the ongoing operational excellence of the HR Systems and promote continuous process improvement practices which drive automation, efficiency, and exceptional service delivery
  • Provide leadership and recommendations in the design, development, and automation of HR Tech stack to maximize productivity, efficiency, and support organization objectives.
  • Develop and refine processes to ensure program, process efficiency.
  • Interprets data to unearth trends, relationships, and root causes to develop and deliver effective analytics reports and dashboards that will positively impact people practices and processes through People & Culture.
  • Oversee HR systems security and security controls to ensure appropriate access to functionality for users and monitors appropriate data security
  • Serves as gatekeeper of People Operations Tech stack while ensuring successful integration across platforms

What we are looking for:

  • 3-5 years of Project Management experience specifically supporting HR projects.
  • Demonstrated understanding of HR processes and technology platforms
  • Prior experience in project/program management with an ability to partner with team members, stakeholders and business partners to achieve deliverables within desired results.
  • Able to plan and lead simple to highly complex projects including initiatives with multiple stakeholders and/or operations and technology scope
  • Strong analytical skills: ability to lead, develop, conduct, test and document the operation of the HR systems. .
  • Exceptional presentation skills with excellent verbal and written communication skills, possessing the ability to motivate team members to perform the tasks
  • Demonstrated bias for action with strengths in problem solving, issue resolution, attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Excellent project management skills with a proven ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, prioritize workloads, meet deadlines, and drive projects to successful implementation
  • Self-starter, able to drive work forward within an agile environment
  • Manages sensitive and confidential information with outstanding discretion
  • PHR or SHRM-CP Certification preferred
