We are seeking a Performance Analyst on a contract basis to help support our Customer’s business needs. This role is 100% remote.


This role is to support the day-to-day needs of the business and to help drive the team forward by being a key contributor to ongoing strategic projects.



Responsibilities:

  • Calculate, review, and verify performance data to ensure accuracy and timeliness
  • Investigate and resolve data discrepancies by collaborating with relevant stakeholders
  • Maintain systems and databases, ensuring data integrity and adherence to procedures
  • Analyze complex datasets using statistical tools to identify anomalies, trends, and insights
  • Support the construction and maintenance of performance composites in compliance with Global Investment Performance Standards (GIPS)
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes through automation and reporting improvements
  • Develop and maintain repeatable reports, dashboards, and metrics
  • Interact with clients to research, analyze, and resolve inquiries
  • Participate in special projects and support process improvement initiatives
  • Develop automated solutions using tools such as SQL and/or VBA
  • Understand data infrastructure and troubleshoot data-related issues


Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong experience analyzing large and complex datasets
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, SAS, R, or Alteryx
  • Experience working with IT teams on data pipelines or repositories is a plus
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose complex issues
  • Self-starter with a proactive and positive mindset
  • Strong curiosity and willingness to learn and take on new challenges
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
  • Ability to collaborate effectively in a hybrid team environment
