We are seeking a Performance Analyst on a contract basis to help support our Customer’s business needs. This role is 100% remote.
This role is to support the day-to-day needs of the business and to help drive the team forward by being a key contributor to ongoing strategic projects.
Responsibilities:
- Calculate, review, and verify performance data to ensure accuracy and timeliness
- Investigate and resolve data discrepancies by collaborating with relevant stakeholders
- Maintain systems and databases, ensuring data integrity and adherence to procedures
- Analyze complex datasets using statistical tools to identify anomalies, trends, and insights
- Support the construction and maintenance of performance composites in compliance with Global Investment Performance Standards (GIPS)
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes through automation and reporting improvements
- Develop and maintain repeatable reports, dashboards, and metrics
- Interact with clients to research, analyze, and resolve inquiries
- Participate in special projects and support process improvement initiatives
- Develop automated solutions using tools such as SQL and/or VBA
- Understand data infrastructure and troubleshoot data-related issues
Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong experience analyzing large and complex datasets
- Advanced Excel skills
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, SAS, R, or Alteryx
- Experience working with IT teams on data pipelines or repositories is a plus
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose complex issues
- Self-starter with a proactive and positive mindset
- Strong curiosity and willingness to learn and take on new challenges
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a hybrid team environment
