  • Participate in technical user story review.
  • Plan and execute user-acceptance testing cycles with technology, vendor, and talent teams. This includes prepping UAT test scripts, tracking issues logged during testing, and coordinating with technical and vendor teams on issue resolution and retesting efforts.
  • Create and maintain project collateral that outlines project status updates and progress against key milestones for stakeholders and PM/Talent leaders
  • Draft an operations, support, and maintenance plan to be reviewed by D&A Managers for input

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 8+ years of experience with talent technology implementations or enhancing other enterprise digital talent solutions
  • Ability to translate functional requirements to technical requirements and identify, with SME support, dependencies and downstream implications of new technologies
  • Problem solving skills and consultative approach with an ability to collaborate with team members on best practices
  • Proven experience of documenting workflow and system integrations
  • Works well in a dynamic, complex, client-and team-focused environment with minimal oversight and an agile mindset
