About the Role:

As a key member of the Growth Marketing team, the Performance Marketer will work with the VP of Growth and Lead, Paid Acquisition to drive growth and success for all digital marketing campaign. They will be responsible for the day-to-day management of all paid media efforts including paid search, paid social media and display campaign across both B2B and B2C business.

In this role, this person must build and maintain an excellent working relationship with sales and analytics teams, executing and optimizing marketing campaigns to drive net new business. You will be our in-house media expert responsible for successfully running campaigns.

What you'll do:

  • Build and manage a variety of paid search & social campaigns designed to meet growth goals, audience fit, budget, etc. with demonstrated results.
  • Manage paid media budgets and optimize towards KPI’s on a weekly basis.
  • Update teams with weekly/biweekly performance reports that emphasize successes, shortcomings, tests to implement, blockers to unlocking full campaign potential, creative performance, etc.
  • Partner with product development, analytics and ops teams on pixel installation, UTM tracking, reporting, to manage and troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Use data and industry best practices to formulate in-depth analysis, insights and interpretation to optimize campaigns for growth.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with key stakeholders from performance, brand, sales, product and creative
  • Measure, track, analyze and share results, and optimize programs continuously.


The skills and experience you'll need to succeed:

  • 3-5 years of experience managing paid growth channels including set-up, management and optimization of campaigns across paid search, paid social media and display channels including: Google Ads, Facebook & Instagram, LinkedIn, other channel experience a plus (Tik Tok, Snap Ads, Stackadapt, CTV, etc.)
  • Deep understanding of analytics tools including Google Analytics, GTM
  • Experience with Landing Page Optimization/Funnel Optimization
  • Experience working with Creative & Design teams
  • Marketing Operations experience
  • Self-starter with a start-up mentality who is always thinking two steps ahead
  • You have the ability to synthesize data, explain it clearly and make data-driven recommendations and decisions
  • You are detail-oriented, flexible, and have the ability to multitask in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Ability to work with a remote team
  • Understanding of HR & recruiting industry a plus, but not required
