Job description
Personal Assistant
We are a world-class, patient-centered Clinical-Community Psychologist private practice, located mid-town Manhattan.
Being the face and voice of the Dr.'s personal matters is an essential role for her continued success.
She is looking for an enthusiastic, motivated individual who has excellent organizational, high emotional intelligence and people skills. The ideal candidate will have great problem solving skills and the ability to work effectively in emotional circumstances.
Job Duties
• Establish and maintain relationships with identified providers, (stylists, physicians, hospitals, etc.)
• Coordinate all home deliveries and repairs.
• Supervise household staff, including housekeeping, nutritionist, chef, etc.
• Coordinate and schedule all personal appointments.
• Personal shopper.
• Organize and oversee dog care.
• Submit invoices for reimbursement as needed.
Skills and Education
• High School degree or equivalent; some college would be preferred
• Proven working experience as a personal assistant
• Basic computer skills such as MS Office and the willingness to learn new software
• Outstanding organisational and time management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Discretion and confidentiality
