The Role
We are looking for a polished Personal Assistant in Miami to support our Co-CEO/Founder. The ideal person will be comfortable in a fast-paced work environment and handle multiple tasks seamlessly. There will be a significant amount of personal assistant responsibilities associated with this role. This person must also be comfortable caring for a dog.
What You’ll Do
- Handle all the personal daily activities of the Co-CEO/Founder
- Handle other miscellaneous personal tasks outside of the office
- Must be on call every-other weekend
- Being proactive on all tasks and anticipating the expectations of the CEO (constant communication and updates)
- Manage personal property: staff knows their expectations, the house is always stocked and running smoothly (like a hotel)
- House/Animal Sitting a dog
- Keep the CEO updated on any active projects, emails, mail, and other correspondence
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree; 3+ years' experience in a personal or executive assistant role
- Ability to be proactive and take initiative
- Prior experience working for a C-Suite executive or senior leader within a company preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and ability to pivot at a moment’s notice
- Must be able to work overtime and on the weekends
- Highly motivated
- Ability to multitask
- Excellent interpersonal and verbal and written communication skills
- Strong administrative, planning, and organizational skills
- Exercise good judgment in a variety of situations
- Respect for confidentiality and discretion to properly handle sensitive information
- Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy
- Must have a Driver's License and personal vehicle
- Plus if bilingual

Salaries will vary based on various factors including but not limited to professional and academic experience; training; associated responsibilities; and other business and organizational needs.
