Part-Time
***In-person shoots in Orlando, FL
In your first 90 days, you and I should be driving toward $30,000/month in commission revenue on the Trybe creator platform. You'd earn 10% of the creator commission on every sale you help generate — roughly an extra $1,000 or more per month at goal, depending on each brand's commission rates, on top of your hourly. That's the job in one sentence.
Here's the rest.
I'm a content creator with two active brand partnerships — and a pipeline of brands nobody is driving yet. I need one person to own my personal brand end to end.
The role grows in three phases: Phase 1 (day one): Own my Trybe presence completely — submit me to brands, get me approved, and run all content on a weekly publishing cadence. Phase 2: Launch me on TikTok Shop. Phase 3: Full personal brand management across all platforms, including my YouTube channel, Culture in Comas.
This is creative direction, not coordination. You come up with the concepts, build the shot lists, direct me on camera (what to do, what to say, when we're going again), shoot and edit — or direct my existing editors — and publish weekly. We film together once a week or once every two weeks; each shoot is a batch day producing multiple pieces.
Core Responsibilities
Manage presence end to end: brand submissions, approvals, and partnership deliverables. Develop content concepts, hooks, and formats built to convert — not just perform. Build shot lists and direct me during filming days (every 1-2 weeks). Film and edit content, or coordinate with my existing editors. Publish to Trybe on a consistent weekly cadence. Track performance and double down on what converts. Phase 2: set up and launch my TikTok Shop presence.
Qualifications/Skills
You've personally managed a creator or influencer before — their partnerships, content, or channel. This is the one hard requirement. You're also either a content creator yourself or a videographer/editor who can run a set and cut footage. You don't need affiliate/commission platform experience — I'll teach that. You do need taste, initiative, and a habit of connecting content to revenue. Bonus: TikTok Shop experience, existing brand relationships, YouTube long-form experience.
Compensation/Perks
$20/hour for shoot days, editing, and platform management. 10% uncapped commission on the creator commission earned from sales you help generate — the revenue base grows with every phase we add. Flexible, mostly remote — filming days in Orlando every 1-2 weeks, everything else on your schedule. Direct partnership with the creator: no layers, no bureaucracy, your creative decisions ship.
To apply, include: (1) A creator or influencer you've managed, and what changed for them on your watch — numbers if you have them. (2) One link to your best piece of content — shot, cut, or directed by you. (3) 2-3 sentences: with my Trybe account, two live brand partnerships, and a weekly publishing target — what do you do in your first 30 days?
I read every application personally and move fast. Strong fits hear back within days for a 30-minute call.
All applicants applying for U.S. job openings must be legally authorized to work in the United States and are required to have U.S. residency at the time of application.
