Job description

Title: Personal Brand Manager for Health & Wellness Key Opinion Leader (KOL)
Location: 100% Remote
Status: ~ 10 hrs/wk, 1099 contractor, 3 months to start, with potential for equity compensation of "brand" if mutually agreed upon
Hourly Range: $20 - $40/hr, commensurate with experience

Our client is a dynamic Health & Wellness Key Option Leader (KOL), and busy sports medicine physician at an Ivy League university. He is seeking a talented Personal Brand Manager to oversee and execute digital content strategies. He shares actionable evidence-based advice to empower children, adults, and families to lead healthier lives through various online platforms.

The Personal Brand Manager will ensure the seamless delivery of content, expand audience reach, and help monetize the brand. This role offers an opportunity to shape a trusted voice in health and wellness.

Responsibilities:

  • Refine and develop a compelling health and wellness brand identity
  • Create long-term strategies for brand growth and engagement
  • Manage, schedule, and publish content on the website, blog, and Social Media (X, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn)
  • Identify and explore opportunities to expand the brand through collaborations, partnerships, and potential ventures (e.g., books, courses)
Requirements:
  • Independent thinker with an Entrepreneurial mindset
  • Background in Social Media, PR, or Communications
  • Proven experience managing or growing digital brands; experience with an influencer or KOL is preferred
  • Proven success in audience building and engagement across digital platforms
