Be a Pre-Suit Case Manager at our Firm...The Law Firm That Gets You!

Hey there, supermom! Do you have a background in personal injury law? Are you tired of choosing between your career and your kids? What if we told you that you don't have to make that choice?

Welcome —where work-life balance isn't just a buzzword, it's our culture. We're a family-first, mostly remote law firm that's dedicated to serving the Hispanic community in Miami, Florida.

What Makes Us Different?

  • Work from home, always!
  • Flexibility for when your child is sick or school's out for vacation.
  • Ample paid time off, because you deserve it!

Who Are We Looking For?

  1. Experienced Pre-Suit Case Managers with a soft spot for compassion.
  2. Strong bilingual communication skills (English and Spanish are a must!)
  3. A keen eye for detail, a knack for organization, and a relentless drive to help our clients.

This Job Is NOT For You If:

  1. You have NO prior experience in personal injury law.
  2. You're planning on moonlighting at a second job.
  3. You don't have a dedicated workspace at home.
  4. Key Responsibilities:Be the rock that our clients can lean on.
  5. Request, follow up on, and organize medical records and bills.
  6. Master the art of multitasking, from managing case files to assisting with pre-suit tasks.
  7. Be the problem solver we know you are, before problems even arise!

KPIs You’ll Rock:

  1. Accurate and timely requests for medical records and documentation.
  2. Sky-high client satisfaction rates!
  3. Efficient organization and progression of cases from intake to settlement or litigation readiness.

Why You’ll Love Working With Us:

  1. We're all moms here! We get it, and we got you.
  2. Your voice will not only be heard but valued.
  3. We’re not just a team; we're a community of empowered women making a difference.
