Background:

Are you tired of seeing 15+ patients per day, only to have to spend additional hours on paperwork? Are you tired of fighting with insurance companies to justify what you know to be the right treatment plan for your patients? We are focused on a different type of care. As providers, we work 1:1 with patients, enabling us to do what we became therapists to do: help people get out of pain, move better, and get back to doing what they love.

As a therapist, you are working to develop long-term relationships with your clients and focused on not only rehabilitation, but also wellness and performance.

*Knowledge of Redcord therapy, Pilates instruction or a valid CSCS is considered an asset, but not essential and can be learned through mentorship

Candidate Expectations:

• Understand our Physical Therapy & Chiropractic treatment model, and deliver a positive customer experience
• Understand the client’s injury history, and treat accordingly
• Manage client scheduling and communication
• Build client relationships and rapport
• Interested in keeping up current literature and continuing education
• Therapist who is looking to grow in a multidisciplinary environment
• Excellent communication skills

Requirements:

• Licensed and in good standing with affiliated licensing body
• Liability insurance
• Great communication and customer service skills
• Focused on growing the team and clinic as a whole
• Open minded to learning opportunities
• Licensed in another sphere (i.e., pilates, personal training, yoga) will be considered a bonus

The Company:

We are located in the Larchmont Village neighborhood of Los Angeles. We offer a multidisciplinary care model, where chiropractors, PTs, massage therapists and fitness industry professionals work together to amplify the patient experience.

Compensation:

Compensation will be determined based on experience and competence.

• A high comfort level being confident in guiding people through their healthcare journey.
