Labor and Employment Associate Attorney – Plaintiff-Side Employment Discrimination Firm

Our client is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Plaintiff side Labor and Employment Associate Attorney. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in litigation, exceptional legal writing skills, and a thorough understanding of employment law.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent employees in a wide range of labor and employment matters, including but not limited to wage and hour disputes, discrimination (based on race, sex, age, disability, national origin, and other protected classes), harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, whistleblower claims, and breach of employment agreements.
  • Draft legal documents including complaints, motions, briefs, discovery requests and responses, and settlement agreements.
  • Conduct client consultations and provide strategic advice and counseling on employment law issues.

Qualifications:

  • J.D. from an accredited law school and admission (or pending admission) to the Bar.
  • 2-5 years of relevant experience in labor and employment law, preferably on the plaintiff side.
  • Strong litigation experience, including conducting depositions, drafting and arguing motions, and trial preparation.
  • Excellent legal research, analytical, and writing skills.
