Our Customer is a technology company that connects people with the best of their neighborhoods across the US, Canada, Australia, Japan, and Germany. They enable local businesses to meet consumers’ needs of ease and convenience, and, in turn, generate new ways for people to earn, work, and live. By building the last-mile logistics infrastructure for local commerce, they’re fulfilling our mission to grow and empower local economies.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end onboarding and implementation for merchants adopting digital ordering and commerce platform products
  • Serve as the primary point of contact, coordinating across internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth transitions
  • Lead kickoff calls and project manage implementation of online ordering, mobile apps, loyalty, and gift card programs
  • Collaborate with sales and account management teams to set merchants up for success from day one
  • Troubleshoot technical issues across merchant platforms and internal systems
  • Educate merchants on product functionality, best practices, and operational processes
  • Provide ongoing support during initial launch and early usage stages
  • Collect and document merchant feedback to inform product and operational improvements
  • Deliver presentations and manage merchant expectations, including handling escalations professionally
  • Meet onboarding timelines and service-level expectations
  • Identify opportunities to improve workflows, processes, and merchant experience
  • Act as a subject matter expert on platform products and implementation processes

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in onboarding, implementation, project management, or account management
  • Experience in onboarding merchants using POS systems such as Toast, Square, or Clover
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple implementations simultaneously
  • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot issues and resolve problems independently
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to deliver accurate and timely work
  • Experience working cross-functionally with multiple teams
  • Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Self-starter with the ability to drive results and improve processes
