We are seeking a Project Manager, Construction/Real Estate on a contract basis to help support our Customer's business needs. This role is 100% remote.



Responsibilities:


Project Execution & Timeline Management

  • Manage 50–70 remodel projects simultaneously from initiation through completion
  • Maintain strict control over timelines, sequencing, dependencies, and critical path activities
  • Identify risks or delays quickly and escalate to leadership and cross-functional partners
  • Coordinate with Construction, Real Estate, and vendor teams to ensure site readiness and milestone adherence
  • Execute all steps of the project lifecycle with high quality and compliance with established standards

Stakeholder Coordination & Communication

  • Serve as a key liaison across Construction, Real Estate, Strategy & Operations, and Automation teams
  • Facilitate rapid communication loops to resolve blockers and maintain project momentum
  • Prepare status updates, summaries, and recommendations for cross-functional and leadership decisions
  • Provide stakeholders with clear visibility into project progress, issues, and delivery timelines

Tracker Management & Operational Accuracy

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date project trackers across all assigned workstreams
  • Ensure Salesforce records reflect real-time project status
  • Conduct regular data audits to verify accuracy and identify discrepancies
  • Develop and maintain documentation to support reporting, forecasting, and leadership insight


Skills and Qualifications:

  • 4-6 years of project management experience, ideally within construction or real estate
  • Direct construction experience or the ability to interpret construction-related workflows
  • Advanced stakeholder management capability across technical and operational teams
  • Experience operating in high-growth, ambiguous, or rapidly changing environments
  • Proven ability to manage large volumes of fast-paced projects
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a bias toward rapid escalation
  • Proficiency in Excel, Google Suite, Salesforce, and Slack
  • Ability to operate with urgency, precision, and exceptional attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work standard business hours with fast response times and frequent communication cycles
