- Status: Full time, Temp/Contract
- Pay: $35 per hour
- Reports to: Head of Loan Servicing

Our company is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Portfolio Servicing Manager to join our growing team. This person will report to the Head of Loan Servicing. You will be responsible for all servicing and monitoring activities on an assigned portfolio of commercial loans, including collection and analysis of financial statements, covenant monitoring, delinquency monitoring, loan modifications, insurance, and site inspection tracking. You will be expected to coordinate and build positive relationships with our Special Assets Officers, Relationship Managers, Credit Underwriters, borrowers, Franchisors, and loan buyers. The ideal candidate will have a positive, can-do attitude, strong attention to detail, self-motivated, strong organizational skills, and a passion for providing excellent customer service.
This temporary position will be a remote role.
Key Areas of Responsibility:
● Collection, review, and analysis of financial statements on a quarterly and annual basis
● Evaluating pertinent information to identify credit risk trends at the customer and portfolio level; notifying manager of risk changes.
● Track loan covenants and conduct compliance reviews
● Review, analysis, and execution of loan modification requests
● Managing delinquent loans to resolution within assigned portfolio
● Respond to and resolve internal and external customer inquiries and requests
● Assist with training and development of junior team members
● Leverage franchisor-supplied information to mitigate risk during the construction monitoring period
● Ordering, tracking, and monitoring of Site Inspection report requirements
● Requesting, monitoring, and tracking of insurance certificates, UCC filings, and unit construction progress
● Completes, passes, and maintains an up-to-date status for all positional and company required compliance and regulatory courses by assigned due date(s)
● Performs all other duties as assigned
Education and Experience:
● Bachelor's Degree, preferably in business, accounting, or finance related field
● At least 3-5 years of commercial credit experience required (as credit analyst, underwriter, portfolio manager, special assets manager or similar position)
● Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite programs
● Salesforce and/or nCino experience preferred

● Detail-oriented, quality focused, flexible, and able to easily adapt to change
● Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced, diverse, and growth-oriented environment while effectively prioritizing workload to meet tight deadlines
● Understanding of credit policy, procedures, and compliance
