We are seeking an Associate Marketing Manager on a contract basis to help support our customer's business needs. This role is 100% remote and is part-time, 30 hours/week.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and adapt regional marketing narratives to effectively position value propositions across target audiences in Brazil
• Define and implement campaign messaging, voice, and tone to ensure strong audience resonance
• Plan and execute integrated marketing strategies to drive lead generation and brand awareness
• Localize and extend global content and social marketing strategies for the Brazilian market
• Identify, create, and leverage compelling content tailored to regional audience needs
• Build and maintain a portfolio of customer success stories, references, and case studies
• Execute go-to-market strategies for new products and features within the region
• Track and analyze campaign performance metrics to inform decisions and optimize results

Skills and Qualifications (Required)

• Full professional fluency in Brazilian Portuguese (speaking, reading, and writing)
• 2+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or agency environments
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail
• Ability to craft compelling narratives and marketing copy
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Creative storyteller with strong audience awareness
• Data-driven mindset with focus on performance and optimization
• Detail-oriented with strong execution skills
• Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field
• Experience in international or regional marketing
• Experience managing multi-channel marketing programs (email, website, social media, events, community, content)
• Strong copywriting and proofreading skills
• Ability to use qualitative and quantitative research to guide strategy
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and identify alternative solutions
