We are seeking an Associate Marketing Manager on a contract basis to help support our customer's business needs. This role is 100% remote and is part-time, 30 hours/week.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and adapt regional marketing narratives to effectively position value propositions across target audiences in Brazil
- Define and implement campaign messaging, voice, and tone to ensure strong audience resonance
- Plan and execute integrated marketing strategies to drive lead generation and brand awareness
- Localize and extend global content and social marketing strategies for the Brazilian market
- Identify, create, and leverage compelling content tailored to regional audience needs
- Build and maintain a portfolio of customer success stories, references, and case studies
- Execute go-to-market strategies for new products and features within the region
- Track and analyze campaign performance metrics to inform decisions and optimize results
Skills and Qualifications (Required)
- Full professional fluency in Brazilian Portuguese (speaking, reading, and writing)
- 2+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or agency environments
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail
- Ability to craft compelling narratives and marketing copy
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Creative storyteller with strong audience awareness
- Data-driven mindset with focus on performance and optimization
- Detail-oriented with strong execution skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field
- Experience in international or regional marketing
- Experience managing multi-channel marketing programs (email, website, social media, events, community, content)
- Strong copywriting and proofreading skills
- Ability to use qualitative and quantitative research to guide strategy
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and identify alternative solutions
