Job description

Our Customer is an American financial services mutual organization based in Milwaukee. The financial security company provides consultation on wealth and asset income protection, education planning, retirement planning, investment advisory services, financial planning trust and private client services, estate planning and business planning. Its products include life insurance, permanent life insurance, disability income, and long-term care insurance; annuities; investments; and investment advisory products and services.


Our Customer is looking for a Post Approval Coordinator on a contract basis to help support their business needs. This role is 100% remote.



Responsibilities:

  • Obtain completed documents and forms required for insurance policies to be placed in force
  • Communicate via email and phone with insurance agents, their staff, and internal stakeholders to address requests
  • Explain processes and procedures clearly
  • Review documents to ensure they are in good order
  • Resolve issues with documents that are not in good order
  • Prepare documents for electronic signatures
  • Answer status-related questions
  • Determine appropriate courses of action or potential solutions using available resources


Skills and Qualifications:

  • High school education is a minimum
  • 1-3 years of related experience
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills
  • Strong customer service skills with proven ability to build rapport
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to gain acceptance and interact tactfully and professionally with internal and external stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Proficiency with Windows and Microsoft Office
  • Solid keyboarding skills
